Backed by over 30 years experience in the environmental and home renovation industries, Bob is certified and licensed to perform home inspections in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as being a certified member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI), the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA) and the Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF).

      Bob Blanchfield is certified in the state of Pennsylvania to conduct radon testing.  He is also certified by the National Radon Safety Board as a Radon Testing Technician and Measurement Specialist, as well as the PADEP Bureau of Radiation Protection. Only state certified inspectors may perform this service in Pennsylvania. Bob is a certified Mold Inspector and Mold Assessor, and certified to complete Phase I Environmental Assessments.
